Rhona Baniqued is an operations executive with 18+ years of experience driving excellence in client engagement, operational processes, and business development for life science and technology companies. By forging strong relationships with clients, teams, and executive leadership, she facilitates cross-functional collaboration and long-term partnerships. At Canal Row, Ms. Baniqued is responsible for client services, contracting, financial tracking and reporting, and project workflow.
Most recently, Ms. Baniqued was Executive Director of Operations at Greenleaf Health (now part of ELIQUENT Life Sciences), where she led client engagement and oversaw project planning and execution for a broad portfolio of regulatory and policy consulting clients, ranging from global pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotechs and trade associations. She also implemented operational improvements and actively managed the department’s pipeline and financial operations to support revenue generation and identify opportunities for growth.
Ms. Baniqued previously worked in marketing at Microsoft Corporation’s Washington, D.C. offices, executing localized marketing initiatives and partner programs. Prior to that, she was a senior media planner at Arnold Communications, where she developed strategic media plans for high-profile clients including ExxonMobil, Sallie Mae, and Lockheed Martin.
Ms. Baniqued graduated from George Mason University with a degree in government and politics.
